Administration fee of 2% is applied to all balances paid by credit card over $1500.00. Storage charges apply to units not retrieved after five days following completion of service request (Vessels = $15.00/day; OB and Stern Drives = $5.00/day). Cumulative monthly 2% interest is applied on unpaid balances and a 9% finance fee will be applied after 30 days. * Please ensure that all valuables not relevant to servicing are removed from the vessel and shop yard before leaving the boat in our possession for servicing. Mercury Sales and Service is not responsible for lost and/or stolen goods, or damage beyond our control – the vessel must be insured on the owner’s insurance. However, our yard is fenced and locked outside of normal business hours. * Dock moorage and use is at your own risk. Mercury Sales and Service accepts no responsibility for boats at our dock if they are here for either service or paying a docking fee. * Parts Policy: 7 day return policy carries 20% Restocking Fee and requires an original invoice and packaging. No returns after 7 days. Electronic parts are non-returnable; parts not in-stock are payable in advance. * MSS will endeavor to complete the work you require in the most expedient manner possible. We service account-holder clients of a priority nature, including public service clients (RCMP, Coast Guard, Military, etc.) and commercial clients. Be aware that interruptions in service and/or delays can and do arise due to the servicing of high-priority clients. Delays may also occur due to shipping restrictions, supplier back-orders, emergency response services, etc. * I hereby authorize the above work to be performed using the necessary parts/materials and hereby grant Mercury Sales and Service employees permission to operate the unit as necessary for testing and/or inspection. An Express Mechanics Lien is hereby acknowledged on the above unit to secure repairs thereto. I agree that the dealer is not responsible for any loss or damage to the unit(s) and/or contents in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond dealer control.
